Returns & refunds

We want you to be happy with your Tapticle card. Every order comes with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee.

If your card isn't right for you, contact us at tapticlestaff@gmail.com within 90 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return. Once we receive the returned card in resaleable condition, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

Return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
